About Us
All Inclusive Wound Care (AIWC) is a specialised wound care consultancy providing comprehensive clinical services, education, and telehealth support to aged care and community settings across Australia.
With over 20 years of nursing experience behind our leadership, AIWC delivers evidence-based wound assessment, personalised care plans, and advanced wound management solutions. Our expertise spans pressure injuries, skin tears, non-healing wounds, surgical wounds, leg ulcers, palliative (malignant) wound care and compression therapy.
We also provide professional staff education, including training in pressure injury prevention, IAD management, wound assessment, and dressing selection.
Through our national telehealth wound review service, we offer timely, detailed clinical reports and ongoing support to ensure continuity of care.

About Chuan
Chuan is a dedicated registered nurse with over 20 years of experience across acute care, theatre nursing, aged care, palliative care, and wound care. Her passion for helping others and her commitment to delivering high-quality care are reflected in every aspect of her practice.
A fluent Mandarin speaker, Chuan provides culturally sensitive communication and support to patients from diverse backgrounds. She holds a Master’s degree in Gerontology, giving her advanced expertise in caring for older adults and supporting healthy aging.
Chuan trained under renowned wound specialist Jan Rice (AM), gaining extensive skills in complex wound assessment and management. Her collaborative approach ensures each patient receives an individualised, evidence-based care plan.
Her strong foundation in palliative care enables her to support patients and families with compassion, dignity, and empathy during challenging times. Having worked across both residential and community services, Chuan brings a well-rounded understanding of healthcare delivery and consistently advocates for the best outcomes for her patients.
With deep clinical expertise and a holistic, patient-centred approach, Chuan is recognised as a highly skilled and trusted wound care clinician.
Education
All education can be delivered onsite or online, customised to your facility’s needs, and supported with practical examples, case studies, and competency-based learning.
